As an Accounting Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting our finance team in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You'll work closely with our accountants and auditors, gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like QuickBooks and SAP. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
- Support the finance team in reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow statements and other financial analyses
- Assist in the preparation of vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Assist in the preparation of payroll records and other HR-related financial activities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
