Admin Customer Success Specialist

TechSolutions Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Admin Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients maximize the value of our advanced SaaS solutions. Working closely with our Customer Success team, you'll handle administrative tasks that directly impact client satisfaction and retention.

As an Admin Customer Success Specialist, you'll daily tasks include managing client onboarding, maintaining client records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless client interactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
• Maintain and update client records in our CRM system, Salesforce.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success team to schedule and manage client meetings and follow-ups.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of client reports and communications.
• Handle client inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Support the Customer Success team in organizing and executing client events and workshops.
• Monitor and update client contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of client feedback and satisfaction surveys.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Customer Success or related field is a plus.
