📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all tasks and projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Represent the company at events and meetings, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of business operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a similar role in the hospitality or corporate sector is a plus.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
