📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain the ball drop process for semiconductor reflow operations.
• Conduct process analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues affecting reflow quality and yield.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of reflow processes into the overall manufacturing workflow.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on process-related matters.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in the reflow process.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including reflow, deposition, and etching.
• Proficiency in process control systems and tools such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
• Experience with semiconductor equipment and tools such as furnaces, ovens, and deposition systems.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
