BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator (Archicad/Revit Specialist)

In this role, you will be working closely with our architects and engineers to ensure that our BIM models are not only accurate but also meet the specific needs of each project. You will use industry-leading software such as Archicad and Revit to create detailed 3D models, coordinate with other team members, and ensure that our models are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate BIM models using Archicad and Revit
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and compliance
• Develop and implement BIM standards and workflows
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure BIM models meet their requirements
• Conduct regular model reviews and quality checks
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in BIM
• Prepare and present BIM deliverables to clients and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Information Modeling, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination
• Proven expertise in Archicad and Revit
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, or similar) is a plus
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
