📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries, bread, and other desserts.,Maintain and organize the pastry kitchen, including cleaning and stocking ingredients.,Prepare and maintain daily specials and menu items.,Ensure high-quality standards and food safety compliance.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Contribute to the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in baking and pastry making.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to travel and work during peak seasons.
