📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and maintain secure deployment pipelines for ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
Integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Customize and optimize ServiceNow FSM solutions for our clients.
Monitor and maintain the security and performance of our deployment pipelines.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that security is integrated at every stage of the software development lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in DevSecOps and ServiceNow.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
Work remotely from any of the stunning locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles.
Proven experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with security best practices and tools like SonarQube, OWASP, and Snyk.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
