Indonesia Pharmaceutical is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the company's fleet operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and qualified to operate the vehicles.,Plan and schedule vehicle routes and ensure they are followed, optimizing fuel consumption and reducing costs.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, ensuring timely servicing and repairs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring goods are transported safely and securely.,Handle any vehicle-related incidents or accidents, ensuring they are properly documented and investigated.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet operations, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
