Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of projects and providing input on project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Participating in technical interviews and hiring decisions for new team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend development.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
