📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.,Identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective actions to enhance internal controls.,Preparing and presenting audit reports and recommendations to senior management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement improvements.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing standards is a plus.
