Seatrium is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving project success and maintaining our commitment to excellence in all aspects of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the quantity surveying activities for construction projects, ensuring accurate cost planning, monitoring, and reporting.,Develop and maintain comprehensive cost control systems and processes to optimize project budgets and profitability.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met within agreed-upon budgets and timelines.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.,Provide training and guidance to junior Quantity Surveyors and other team members on QHSE best practices and procedures.,Foster a strong QHSE culture within the organization, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation in safety and environmental practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying and construction project management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.,Strong understanding of QHSE principles, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.,Proficiency in cost planning, monitoring, and reporting tools and software.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
