📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans and teaching materials.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices in your subject area.,Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the learning program.,Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance your teaching skills.,Provide additional support to students outside of regular class hours, such as tutoring or mentoring.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tutor or teacher in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge and understanding of the curriculum and educational standards in your subject area.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire students.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to achieve common goals.,Proven track record of success in helping students improve their academic performance and achieve their goals.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
