📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide support to the recruitment team during peak periods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
