📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites

Managing and coordinating resources, including labor, materials, and equipment

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management

Resolving on-site issues and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors

Conducting site inspections and audits

Ensuring effective communication between site personnel and project management

Implementing and maintaining safety protocols

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices

Familiarity with relevant software and tools

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proven track record of successful project management

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
