📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair copiers, printers, and plotters from various brands.
• Provide on-site technical support to ensure smooth operation of office equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Assist in network setup and configuration for office machines.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Train end-users on the proper use and maintenance of office equipment.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in copier and plotter maintenance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with Xerox, Canon, HP, Roland, and Epson equipment.
• Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid certification in copier and plotter maintenance (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
