🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with dental management software such as Dentrix or DentEasy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
