PRIMA Berjaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of banquet events. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Prepare and maintain event documentation, including guest lists, schedules, and contracts.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring that all equipment and decorations are in place.,Provide excellent customer service to event guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all events run smoothly and meet the high standards of PRIMA Berjaya.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
