As a Junior Captain, you will be responsible for managing and supervising our fleet of vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers and support staff.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and support staff.,Report to management on the status of shipments and any issues that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Captain or similar role in the logistics industry.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Knowledge of route planning and navigation software.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
