📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle operational budgeting and financial planning.,Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
