📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of captains to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessels.,Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely delivery of cargo and compliance with regulations.,Monitor vessel performance and maintain safety standards in accordance with international and local regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address any potential hazards.,Coordinate with shore-based teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.,Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.,Provide training and mentorship to junior captains to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations and safety incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team of captains.,Strong knowledge of international and local maritime regulations and safety standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in route optimization and vessel performance monitoring.
