📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
• Promote and sell Miraco Healthcare products and services through various channels, including direct sales, trade shows, and online platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.
• Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and regulations in the healthcare industry.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including medical products, regulations, and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid sales certification (e.g., Certified in Medical Sales, Certified Sales Professional) is a plus.
