📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all maritime operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Plan and execute voyages, considering weather conditions, fuel efficiency, and crew welfare.,Maintain and inspect the vessel to ensure its safe and efficient operation.,Manage and train the crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Handle communication with ports, authorities, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and report on vessel performance and maintenance requirements.,Ensure compliance with environmental protection and pollution prevention regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License and other relevant maritime certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
