Pusat Zahra Dental Clinic is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our dental software and systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for improving user experience through clear and concise documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for dental software and systems,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documents,Review and edit technical documents to improve clarity, readability, and usability,Develop user manuals, quick reference guides, and other types of technical documentation,Work with marketing and sales teams to create product brochures, white papers, and other promotional materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve technical writing skills,Ensure all technical documents comply with company standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of dental software and systems,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
