📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Control inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports for management.,Plan and organize events and special promotions to increase revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, as well as health and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
