📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage export operations, including booking, documentation, and shipping of goods.,Coordinate with customers, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor and optimize freight costs and improve efficiency in export operations.,Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.,Maintain accurate records and reports of export operations for internal and external use.,Provide training and support to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge in export operations.,Participate in meetings and negotiations with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Shipping, Marine Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in export operations or a similar role in the shipping industry.,Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with shipping software and systems is a plus.
