📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SMT processes to ensure high-quality and efficient production,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations,Provide technical support and training to production personnel,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SMT processes,Participate in process validation and qualification activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SMT processes, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry,Strong knowledge of SMT equipment and processes,Experience with SMT software and automation tools,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and product quality,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
