📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
