Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the fintech or technology industry.,Strong understanding of the Japanese market and its unique business culture.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Fluency in Japanese language and culture.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
