• Schedule and manage property viewings, ensuring smooth and efficient client experiences.
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about properties and market trends.
• Assist brokers with administrative tasks, including contract preparation and documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and enhance visibility.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
• Attend networking events and industry conferences to stay updated on market trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the Bali real estate market and local regulations.
• Proficient in using real estate software such as CRM systems and property listing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
