📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, maintain, and repair copiers, printers, and plotters from various brands.
- Provide on-site technical support to ensure smooth operation of office equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Assist in network setup and configuration for office machines.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Train end-users on the proper use and maintenance of office equipment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in copier and plotter maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with Xerox, Canon, HP, Roland, and Epson equipment.
- Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid certification in copier and plotter maintenance (preferred but not required).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
