📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like QuickBooks or similar.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
• Manage cash drawers, handle deposits, and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and cashier station.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and find solutions to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on menu items and special promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cashiering or server roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of multilingual communication is a plus.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
