Coffee Shop Supervisor (Bali - Multiple Locations)

We are expanding our presence across multiple locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusadua, and Seminyak), and we need a dynamic and passionate leader to oversee our operations and ensure that our customers receive the best coffee experience possible.

As our Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, training and developing your team, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are maintained. You will work closely with our baristas and staff to create a welcoming and efficient environment, while also collaborating with our head office to implement new initiatives and improve our overall performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control
• Train and develop baristas and staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our café is a safe and welcoming environment for all customers
• Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services
• Collaborate with the head office to implement new initiatives and improve our overall performance
• Manage cash handling and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and secure
• Ensure that our café is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with the necessary supplies
• Promote our brand and create a positive and engaging customer experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the coffee or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software, such as Square or Toast
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
