📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and protocols to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Train, mentor, and develop the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and proper usage.
• Collaborate with the front office and other departments to address guest concerns and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain high standards.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on the team's performance and any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or equivalent experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing housekeeping teams.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, equipment, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality properties and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Professional certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
