📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits of Gojek's fintech and payments operations.
• Identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to the leadership team.
• Develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in fintech and risk management.
• Provide training and guidance to junior audit professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 3 years in the fintech or payments industry.
• Proficiency in using Oracle ERP, SAP, and Power BI.
• Certifications in internal auditing, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
