📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient user authentication and authorization.
• Oversee system administration tasks, including server management, network configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.
• Support and train end-users on IT systems and software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems, minimizing downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT administration, with a strong focus on Active Directory.
• Certifications in IT security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or relevant experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and networking tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework or IT service management is a plus.
